Location... Location... Location!

If Kirsty and Phil wanted a viewing facility, I’m certain we’d be on their radar!

We are very fortunate, for many reasons with our facility. We have an amazing water facing view, free parking, wonderful décor, a modern boutique feel, exclusive use, a designer kitchen and running our facility we have the friendliest staff ever! Oh and our location isn’t too bad either.

Our privileged location is Clippers Quay, currently one of the most invested in and growing areas of Salford Quays – for the non-locals Salford Quays is now an extension of Manchester City Centre, similar to what Westminster is to the City of London.

We’re a gentle 5-minute stroll from Media city a highly creative and innovative business hub of Manchester, hosting a lively business community and an abundance of hotels, apartments, bars, restaurants, cinema/theatre, shopping and some, if not all, of our global media powerhouses. And we’re on hand with the student population, again walking distance from the universities and colleges that we have on our doorstep.

The local transport links are fantastic, road, rail, airport, and even our tram system (the northern tube) has two local stops within 2-minutes walk of our front door.  And to dispel the ‘City Centre’ myth… we are only a 10-minute drive to Manchester’s train stations… think about it, a comfortable 10-minute drive or risk a 15 minute walk carrying your things, maybe in the rain?

As viewing facilities go, we are privileged, but for ease, convenience and professionalism we are one of the best outside London.

New for Autumn 2018, we are also offering a unique pick-up service from Manchester’s two train stations, straight to our door… Location and service!
